2. Products & Orders

  • Quefac sells AI-generated designs, designer-created artworks, and in-house designs on T-Shirts and Wall Art.
  • Our products are available in two categories:
    1. Print-on-Demand Products – These are created after a customer places an order.
    2. Ready-to-Sell Products – Pre-printed T-Shirts and Wall Art, designed by our team or professional designers, and kept in stock for immediate sale.
  • By placing an order, you agree that:
    • Product designs may have slight variations in color/texture due to display settings or printing techniques.
    • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We accept payments through secure gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • For any failed or declined transaction, Quefac is not responsible.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across India only.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type:
    • Print-on-Demand items: 7–12 business days.
    • Ready-to-Sell items: 4–7 business days.
  • Delays due to courier, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns/refunds are subject to our official Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will not be given for customer errors (wrong size/design selection, incorrect address, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs (AI-generated, in-house, or designer-created) sold under Quefac are the intellectual property of Quefac.
  • Customers are not allowed to copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Quefac is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen issues.
  • In no case shall our liability exceed the value of the purchased product.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
