📜 Order & Cancellation Policy (Quefac)

1. Order Placement

  • Customers can place orders only through our official website www.quefac.com.
  • All orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except for Cash on Delivery, if available).
  • Once the order is confirmed, customers will receive an email confirmation with order details.

2. Order Processing

  • Print-on-Demand Products: These are created only after receiving your order.
  • Ready-to-Sell Products: These are pre-printed products that are shipped from our stock.

3. Order Modification (For Print-on-Demand Products Only)

  • Customers can request minor updates/changes (like design adjustment, text, or size change) within 2–3 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp Support.
  • Updates are allowed only up to 2 times per order within the given time window.
  • After the 2–3 hour window, no modifications will be accepted.
  • Customers do not need to cancel their order for small updates if done within the allowed time.

4. Order Cancellation

  • For Print-on-Demand Products:
    • Cancellation is allowed only within 3–6 hours of placing the order.
    • After 6 hours, cancellation will not be possible as the product enters production.
  • For Ready-to-Sell Products:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
    • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Cancellation by Quefac

Quefac reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors in pricing or product listing.
  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Payment-related issues.
  • If shipping to the customer’s pin code is not possible.
  • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if payment has been received) will be initiated.


6. Refunds on Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is eligible (as per above conditions), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide valid bank details for the refund.
