  • Quefac sells AI-generated designs, designer-created artworks, and in-house developed designs on T-Shirts and Wall Art.
  • Our products are available in two categories:
    1. Print-on-Demand Products – Made only after a customer places an order.
    2. Ready-to-Sell Products – Already printed and kept in stock for direct purchase.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to display differences or printing techniques.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However:
    • Actual product colors may slightly differ from what is seen on screens.
    • Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

  • All designs (AI, in-house, or designer-contributed) sold on Quefac are the property of Quefac.
  • Designers who contribute their work to Quefac grant Quefac full commercial usage rights.
  • Customers are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written consent.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • Wearing or using Quefac products is a matter of personal preference. We do not guarantee that our designs will meet individual expectations regarding fashion, style, or perception.
  • Quefac shall not be liable for how customers use or represent our products publicly.

5. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party platforms for payments, shipping, and logistics.
  • Quefac is not responsible for any errors, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quefac disclaims all liability for any:
